Before using the contact form or ordering a service, please review the following rules for using the website and working with Pestify.
1. General provisions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the Pestify website and for ordering pest, disinfection and rodent control services through it. The website is owned by Pestify, based in Warsaw.
2. Definitions
Wherever these terms refer to the "Service Provider", this means Pestify; the "Client" means the individual or entity submitting an inquiry via the contact form or by phone; the "Service" means pest control, rodent control, disinfection and related services described on the website.
3. Ordering services
Submitting an inquiry via the contact form or by phone constitutes a request for a service and does not in itself constitute a contract. A contract is formed once the scope, timing and price of the service have been agreed between the Service Provider and the Client.
4. Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website are indicative ("from"). The final price is determined individually, depending on the size of the property, the type of pest and the scope of work, and is presented to the Client before the service begins.
5. Service delivery and guarantee
Services are carried out by trained technicians, in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards. Every service comes with an effectiveness guarantee, on terms agreed individually with the Client when the service is ordered.
6. Complaints
Complaints regarding a completed service can be submitted by phone or email using the contact details on the website. A complaint should include a description of the issue and the complainant's contact details. The Service Provider will handle the complaint within 14 days.
7. Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the information presented on the website is current and accurate, but is not liable for interruptions to the website's operation caused by technical reasons beyond the Service Provider's control.
8. Intellectual property
The content, graphics and other elements presented on the website are the property of the Service Provider or are used under appropriate licenses and are protected by law. Copying and distributing content without the Service Provider's consent is prohibited.
9. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms; changes take effect from the date they are published on the website.
