This privacy policy explains what data we collect when you use the Pestify website, why we process it, and what rights you have.

2. What data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form: full name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. This data is necessary to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process your data to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract), and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest).
4. Data retention period
We store your data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry or service, and afterwards for the statutory limitation period for any potential claims.
5. Recipients of data
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Access may be granted only to parties that provide us technical support (e.g. our hosting provider), under data processing agreements.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, request data portability, and object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
7. Cookies and local storage
The website uses only necessary cookies and browser local storage to remember your selected language and theme (light/dark). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
